Josipa Milović, mag.psych., univ.spec.art.therap. psihologinja je i art terapeutkinja s bogatim iskustvom u radu s djecom, mladima i odraslima. Diplomirala je psihologiju na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu, a specijalizirala art terapiju na poslijediplomskom specijalističkom studiju Kreativne terapije Sveučilišta u Osijeku, u suradnji sa Sveučilištem George Washington.
Josipa je radila u odgojno-obrazovnim, kliničkim i socijalnim ustanovama, uključujući Psihijatrijsku bolnicu Jankomir, programe prevencije ovisnosti, kaznene ustanove i obiteljske centre. Od 2023. vodi privatnu psihološku praksu u Splitu, gdje provodi psihološka savjetovanja, individualne i grupne art terapijske radionice te surađuje s institucijama i udrugama na području mentalnog zdravlja i osobnog razvoja.
Profesionalno se usmjerava na integraciju psihologije i umjetnosti, s naglaskom na proradu trauma i regulaciju emocija kroz art terapijski rad u glini. U svom specijalističkom radu istraživala je učinkovitost art terapije glinom u tretmanu anksioznosti i depresije kod djece koja odrastaju u složenim obiteljskim okolnostima.
Aktivna je predavačica i izlagačica na konferencijama, okruglim stolovima i javnim tribinama.

Josipa Milović, mag.psych., univ.spec.art.therap. is a psychologist and art therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her degree in psychology from the University of Zagreb and specialized in Art Therapy through the postgraduate Creative Therapies program at the University of Osijek, in collaboration with George Washington University.
Josipa has worked in educational, clinical, and social care settings, including the Psychiatric Hospital Jankomir, addiction prevention programs, correctional institutions, and family support services. Since 2023, she has run her private psychological practice in Split, where she offers psychological counselling, individual and group art therapy workshops, and collaborates with institutions and NGOs in the field of mental health and personal development.
Her professional interests focus on integrating psychology and art, with particular emphasis on trauma processing and emotional regulation through clay-based art therapy. Her specialist thesis examined the effectiveness of clay art therapy in treating anxiety and depression among children growing up in complex family circumstances.
Josipa is an active lecturer and presenter at conferences, round tables, and public events.
She is a member of the Croatian Psychological Chamber, the Croatian Psychological Society, the Association of Psychologists Split, the Croatian Association for Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and the Croatian Art Therapy Association (HART).
